Hotel Description
Manila Hotel is widely known for its illustrious past. Built in 1912, it is located in the cultural and historical district of Manila, the country’s capital, and is nestled on 3˝ hectares of land along Roxas Boulevard. Centrally situated in the heart of the Manila Bay area, the hotel is a few minutes away from international and domestic airports, shopping malls, and entertainment centers. Within walking distance is the Rizal Park and Intramuros, an old walled city during the Spanish period.
Manila Hotel has a rich tradition of hospitality, fine dining and first-class service that is truly Filipino in character. Through the years, some of the world’s prominent personalities such as country presidents, political figures and international movie celebrities have come and stayed here.
The hotel has a total of 570 fully renovated deluxe rooms and suites. All rooms make use of the Ving Card electronic lock system for maximum security. A 24-hour butler service is available for Macarthur, Presidential and Penthouse Suites. More, it is the first Philippine hotel to offer Home Box Office (HBO) among other television network systems.
Also offered here are world-class amenities, and extensive health and recreational facilities. These include a sports and health club complex, two tennis courts, two squash courts, gyms, sauna, massage services, a Game room and a pool with a swim-up bar. There is also an Executive Services Center, which provides a wide range of administrative services. A 24-hour full menu room service, medical and dental clinic, babysitting and many more are likewise offered.
For meetings and other occasions, the hotel offers eight function rooms including the grand Fiesta Pavilion ballroom that can accommodate up to 2000 people, fully equipped with modern meeting and presentation facilities.
Manila Hotel is an affiliate of the Philippine Convention and Visitors Corporation (PCVC) and the Movement of Incentive Travel Executives (MITE).
HEALTH & RECREATION

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have paid for your reservation, the
following cancellation policy applies: - If
you cancel the reservation 72 hours before
your intended arrival date, we will refund
you the total amount that you paid for your
reservation, minus the amount of 25.00
DOLLARS for administration fees. - If you
cancel the reservation within 72 hours or
less of the date of arrival, we will refund
you the total amount that you paid for the
reservation, minus the amount of the first
night of your intended stay for no-show
charges.
We
will not make refunds to credit cards, other
than the credit card that was used for your
booking. We may process refunds via wire
transfer, in which case we will deduct any
bank charges from the refundable amount. We
aim to process refunds within 72 hours after
receiving your refund request and required
information.
Payment Policy:
The
hotel reservations require prepayment. Your
credit card will be debited within 24 hours
after making your reservation. The charge
will be in EURO currency and your bill will
state: WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc.
The total charge includes all room charges
and taxes, as well as fees for access and
booking. Any incidental charges such as
parking, phone calls and room service will
be handled directly between you and the
property. Bed type and smoking preferences
are not guaranteed. Your reservation is
guaranteed for late arrival.
Accommodation is usually available from
16:00hrs on the day of arrival and must be
vacated by 11:00hrs on the day of departure.
The number of guests in each room is limited
to the number of beds provided by the hotel.
If
the number of persons arriving at the hotel
is different to the one selected during the
reservation process, or children are not of
the age required to classify as such in
terms of rates/discounts (see "Children
Policy"), additional charges will apply,
payable directly to the hotel.
Child Policy:
Infants up to 1 year 11 months: free of
charge.
Children rates will be confirmed during
the online reservation process.
Children rates apply for ages 2 - 11
years, and only when sharing room with two
adults.
Children 2-11 years sharing room with 1
adult must be booked as adults (double/twin
room).
Children 12 years and older must always
be booked as adults.
Disclaimer:
Whilst every effort has been made to
ensure accuracy and availability, some
errors might still occur. Once aware of such
incidents we will make all reasonable effort
to advise you within 48 business hours of
the booking being made. We reserve the right
to cancel the reservation and refund all
monies paid, but this of course will be
without any liability to you. |
